Q1: What standards & materials do your carbon steel seamless pipes comply with?

A: Our seamless pipes conform to GB, EN, ASTM, DIN, JIS and other international standards.

Main materials: 10#, 20#, Q235B, Q355B, A106 Gr.B, 5L Gr.B, St37, St52 etc.Original Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and inspection reports are available upon request.

A: Outer Diameter (OD): 10mm – 610mm

Wall Thickness (WT): 1.5mm – 60mm

Length: 6m, 12m or customized fixed length.

Q3: What is your export packaging standard? Will rust occur during transit?

A: Standard export packaging: VCI anti-rust paper/film + waterproof PE film + galvanized steel strapping + plastic/steel end caps.Desiccants and fumigated wooden pallets are added if needed.Packaging fully meets anti-moisture and anti-rust requirements for long ocean transportation.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ: 1–5 tons for trial orders; full container orders: 20–25 tons.We support LCL (Less Container Load) consolidation as per your needs, subject to final negotiation.

Q5: How long is the delivery time?

A: 7–15 days for in-stock pipes;20–45 days for customized production, based on production schedule and order confirmation.

Q6: What trade terms and payment terms do you accept?

A: Trade terms: FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, CPT etc.Payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight etc.All terms are subject to the signed foreign trade contract.

Q7: Can you provide customs documents and certificates?

Q8: What are your transportation and securing methods?

A: Small/medium orders: shipped by 20GP/40GP containers, loaded on fumigated wooden pallets or steel baskets, secured firmly.Large bulk orders: shipped by bulk carriers, lashed in accordance with international maritime standards to prevent rolling and shifting.
